Round 2 – Oulton Park

This weekend over the May Bank Holiday the second round of the Bennetts British Superbike Championship takes place at Cheshire’s Oulton Park circuit.

Widely acknowledged as the most picturesque race circuit in the country, Oulton Park is loved by racers and fans alike. Voted the best UK circuit by BSB fans in 2007, Oulton Park features rapidly changing gradients and blind crests.

The Honda Racing team with riders: Xavi Forés (BSB), Andrew Irwin (BSB) and Tom Neave (STK), are all looking forward to the challenges that Oulton Park presents. Last week during an official BSB test, Forés got his first taste of the 2.69-mile track and although completely different to anything he has experience before in WSBK, he enjoyed learning the track and is looking forward to getting back out for the weekend’s first practice session.

Action starts this weekend on Saturday 4 May with First Practice at 10.05, with Race 1 scheduled for Monday (6 May) at 13.30 and Race 2 at 16.30.

Live timing will be available from britishsuperbike.com/live-timing
