Honda Racing BSB Diaries – Episode 7 | Thruxton

Check out the latest episode of Honda Racing BSB Diaries from Round 7 at Thruxton.

Andrew Irwin has delivered the first win of the British Superbike Championship 2019 season for Honda Racing! Thruxton Round 7 will be one that he never forgets as he took his debut BSB win and also the Fireblades first win since 2017.

Tom Neave continues gaining experience and although he started several rows behind the leaders in the Superstock race, he managed to climb to seventh. But judging by the potential shown over the last several races in which he overtakes many other racers during the actual race, the Honda Racing team can be confident in his abilities.

Xavi For├ęs also had a solid race with two seventh position finishes, while working intensively on understanding the track and how to get the most of the Fireblade. This was his debut at Thruxton and another CBR1000RR racing experience in shifting conditions, but the Spaniard once again proved his abilities with a respectable achievement, while also contributing to the team and helping Honda Racing win its first race in the BSB this year.
